Allow us to introduce, or rather reintroduce, our Whoopie Pie! We’ve been making these delicious chocolate cake-like cookies sandwiched with buttercream icing for decades. This central-Pennsylvania staple holds a special place in our hearts.
But the times, they are a-changin! We’ve made a decision to adjust packaging and size of these cookies, and we think you’ll agree that it’s almost like a new treat altogether! The smaller size allows for quicker baking, producing a moist and fluffy cookie. Because of this, we can ditch the plastic wrap packaging. They look better, taste better, and we think everyone should give them a try!
